"Destemmed, 22 days on skins, wild yeast ferment, maturation in large French foudre and seasoned Austrian oak. Seductive from the first taste, such is the mix of brio and earthy savouriness. Lives up to its name, an earthly delight sourced from the GKLR vineyard at Colbinabbin and flush in black cherry, plum, thyme, undergrowth, bitter chocolate with a splash of balsamic. Tannins are finely tuned, taut, and there’s a brightness of acidity that lifts."
